Scandinavian Mod Heart Print

I came across this adorable "My Heart Print" by Bold & Noble on one of my favorite online home decor retail websites - Erie Drive - and fell in love with it immediately.  It inspired my Globe-trotting Girl's Room inspiration board (below) that I posted about here.

Then (lucky me!) I was approached by Erie Drive to select any item from their site and write a post about it.  Guess what I picked?!?

That's right!  I received the print from Erie Drive and dashed off to Ikea for a high-gloss gray Ribba frame.  The largest Ribba frame (20 1/2" x 28 1/4") fits the print PERFECTLY with no trimming required - like a match made in Heaven!  And, the rest is heart-felt history...

I originally thought I'd put the print in my daughter's room, but I loved it so much I decided to put it in our master bedroom.  The Scandinavian Mod look of the print definitely perked up the space.  And, the color of the heart is a pretty deep coral pink (or "raspberry") that's not at all too feminine or juvenile.

Now, when I walk around the corner from the stairway and enter the master suite hallway, I see this.

It makes me smile to have a big heart in the "love lair".  Isn't it lovely?  What do you think of it?  Any art you've fallen head over heels for lately?
